Tell Rachel about your dog and the behavior that's wearing you down. You'll hear back from her within two weeks.

Rachel matches your dog to a program based on what's happening at home and what you want your dog to be able to do.

When your turn on the waitlist comes up, Rachel sends available start dates. A $1,000 deposit holds your spot and goes toward the program total.

Puppies 8 Weeks to 8 Months
Puppy Jumpstart
Good habits are easier to build than to fix. Puppy Jumpstart gives your puppy structure and guidance during a key stage of development, so Board & Train has a solid start to build on.
Investment
Plus a $500 non-refundable Board & Train deposit, paid when you enroll. That's half the standard deposit, and it goes toward tuition when your dog starts at 6–8 months.

Daycare & Boarding Eligibility
Usually only open to training graduates. Puppy Jumpstart dogs can book both before they start Board & Train, at the standard rates of $35/day for daycare and $70/day for boarding.

An e-collar works like the TENS units physical therapists use: mild electrical stimulation, no heat, closer to a tap on the shoulder than pain. Each dog is conditioned at the lowest level they respond to. The goal is clarity and communication at a distance.

Often, yes. A bite history doesn't rule a dog out. Rachel looks at how serious the bites were and what led up to them, along with breed and genetics, which can limit how far training goes. Even then, it rarely means no progress.
Fill out the application with as much detail as you can, and Rachel will give you an honest read on what's realistic.

Rachel asks that you hold off on visits during the program, since they interrupt the training. You can follow along on Instagram instead, where she posts updates every weekday so you can watch your dog's progress as it happens. For anything that genuinely needs a conversation, you can text Rachel anytime during the program.

Once you apply, your dog goes on the waitlist. Openings are offered in the order applications come in. When your spot comes up, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit holds your dates and goes toward the program total. Puppy Jumpstart dogs pay a $500 deposit due at enrollment. If your schedule changes, you can push your start date back.
Applying early is the only way to get in sooner.

Most owners see a different dog at pick-up. The real work is the first 8 weeks at home, which is why every program includes a go-home session and follow-up lessons.
